Monitor

Georgia requires a 3rd party monitor/proctor for all self study course. A proctor is an impartial, disinterested third party with no family or financial relationship to the student. The proctor shall verify the agent's identity and complete an affidavit supplied by the approved provider testifying that the agent received no outside assistance. Membership in a professional association/organization does not constitute a financial relationship.

CONTINUING EDUCATION

All resident licensees with less than 20 years of service............. 15 hours (3 hours must be in ethics)

All resident licensees with more than 20 years of service............. 10 hours (3 hours must be in ethics)

Credit Insurance Only................................................................ 5 hours (5 hours of self study - no ethics)

Limited Subagent Only................................................................ 5 hours (no ethics requirement)

Workers Compensation Adjuster Only............................................. 10 hours of approved CE thru WC Board - (no ethics requirement)

Newly Licensed Person Pre-licensing course can be used as first years CE credit. Should submit pre-licensing certificate with renewal.
