Iowa
Iowa requires a 3rd party monitor/proctor for all self study course. A proctor is an impartial, disinterested third party with no family or financial relationship to the student. The proctor shall verify the agent's identity and complete an affidavit supplied by the approved provider testifying that the agent received no outside assistance. Membership in a professional association/organization does not constitute a financial relationship.
CE Requirements
A producer must complete 36 continuing education (CE) credits to be eligible to renew their license. Three (3) of these credits must be in the subject of ethics. |
