Effective November 1, 2009 --- New Law - 36 O.S. § 1435.29 (A)
The number of continuing education hours changes to 24 clock hours
3 hours of ethics (included in the 24 hours)
Service Representatives must complete the 3 hours of ethics training
Requires all producers over age 65 to do continuing education regardless of experience Revoked Law - 36 O.S. § 1435.29 (F)
The Oklahoma Insurance Department has announce that it is now accepting Resident License Renewals (RLR) applications for Individuals and Business Entities through the NIPR Gateway. They are also pleased to announce that they are now accepting applications for Adjusters through the Non-Resident License Renewals (NRR) application.
