| The focus of this material is risk management for individuals and their families. Personal insurance in combination with other financial planning tools reduces overall risk to the individual. Topics covered in the material deal with various risk exposures and the nature of risk management. The last half of the material looks at the process of personal risk management. Homeowners and personal auto insurance is covered in detail in an easily read format. In order to receive continuing education credit, the student must successfully pass a 50 question multiple choice exam. We report course completions to the Division of Insurance and provide certificates of completion at the same time as we do the reporting. |
