Textbook Version – The focus of this course is on life insurance. It examines the following: life insurance basics, term products, whole life, universal life, variable life and variable universal life. It covers the funding, investment choice, and expenses in various products. Life insurance uses are covered in detail as well as the policy owner’s Bill of Rights. The material also touches on annuities.
Exam Proctor Requirements: Closed-book exam must be monitored by a disinterested 3rd party of at least 18 years of age, who has no corporate employment, personal relationship, or other interest in the student’s performance on the exam.
