How do I access the webinar I signed up for?
Upon registration, you will receive an email containing a direct access link which will allow you to just click and join the meeting. This email is not automatic and will be sent manually. If you do not receive an email within 1-2 business days, please contact us at our office #618-233-1228 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I ensure I receive credit for the webinar?
You must stay on for the full webinar and respond to polling questions throughout to verify presence/attentiveness. These questions will be announced as polling questions.
YOU MUST ATTEND WEBINAR VIA COMPUTER. DIALING IN DOES NOT ALLOW USER TO ANSWER POLLING QUESTIONS.
When will my hours be reported to the state?
Upon verified completion of the webinar, your hours will be reported within 1-2 days.
What if I have difficulty accessing the webinar?
Please refer to the guide above to get familiarized with the program beforehand and troubleshoot potential issues. We will be happy to assist you at our office #618-233-1228, but please be aware that due to the many variables of attending a webinar (different devices, different browsers, browser plugins, connectivity issues, etc.) we may not be able to resolve your issue in a timely manner or even at all.
