Producer Examination Information
At the direction of the Illinois Department of Insurance, PearsonVue will not allow candidates to take the state exam without proof of completion of pre-licensing course for the line being test. YOU MUST SCHEDULE LINE SPECIFIC & STATE LAWS FOR THE SAME TEST TIME OR YOU WILL PAY 2 FEES OF $92.

To make a reservation to take the licensing exam, contact PearsonVue by:
Visiting the PearsonVue website http://www.pearsonvue.com . We recommend that you schedule online. You have three options when scheduling your exam:
- Take the exam at home or at your office. They have easy process to do so, OR
- Take the exam at one of the testing centers listed below.
- Calling PearsonVue Customer Care at 1-800-274-0402
- Candidates should make a reservation by phone at least four (4) business days before the desired examination date
- Office hours for Pearson Vue Customer Care are 7 am to 10 pm Monday to Friday. Weekdays 9 am to 3 pm
